Shipping Information

Concerned about getting your items?  We are concerned about getting them to you.

We take care to package all orders to help avoid damage.

Payments
- Payments can be made with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through PayPal.  Payment method will be chosen upon checkout.
- All orders placed and paid for after 10:00 am EST will be shipped the following Business Day*.
- *Business Day - The business day runs from Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, excluding US national holidays. Any orders placed or payments cleared after 12:00 pm on a business day or during the weekend are considered orders placed on the following business day.
- All orders shipped to a Florida address will have the 7.50% sales tax added.

When we ship your stuff
- We ship all orders Monday through Friday. All order paid for before 10am EST on those days will be shipped at those times.
- Postal Holidays will delay shipping, any shipping days delayed by a Postal Holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Where we ship stuff
- We only ship within the United States and Canada.

Shipping times and delays during this COVID period.
- There may be shipping delays both on our end and on the USPS.  We have seen shipments take up to 4 days longer than the posted USPS transit times.  If you are concerned about transit times of your order please let us know, we can follow up with the USPS on your behalf.

Multiple Orders and Shipping.
- If you place multiple orders within the same shipping period and we are able to combine those orders into a single shipment we will do so.  When that happens we will refund the excess shipping charges paid by you.  We tend to send an email explaining the refund, these emails can and have been placed into spam, trash, or junk folders depending on the email platform used.

Domestic Shipping Charges and Methods
- Domestic shipping rate is a flat $3.00 per order.
- Domestic orders over $75.00 get FREE shipping.
- All Domestic packages are sent USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times for Domestic Packages is 3-7 days after being shipped. 

Expedited Shipping Charges and Methods
- Orders placed with Expedited or Priority shipping options before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day using the selected USPS shipping method.
- Expedited Domestic ensures your package will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
- Estimated delivery times for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 3 days.
- Expedited Domestic shipping rates:
    - Orders $75.00 and under are $8.00
    - Orders over $75.00 are $5.00
    - Heavy orders, that is orders totaling over 5 pounds, are $20.00.

International Shipping Charges and Methods
- We currently ship Internationally to Canada.
- International Shipping charges are based on total package weight.  Those rates will be shown during check out.
- International Shipping times vary, all packages ship with delivery confirmation.  USPS delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you when the package is marked shipped.
- Shipping charge estimates are as follows, these can vary from country to country.  Exact shipping charge will be calculated during check out when you select a shipping service. 
  - Orders up to 6 ounce total weight are estimated at $9.99
  - Orders from 7 ounces to 3.7 pounds are estimated at $15.99
  - Orders from 3.7 pounds to 20 pounds are estimated at $45.99

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
- We do our best to make sure every customer gets what they order, sometimes mistakes get made.
- We do offer Returns, Refunds and Replacements of items. If what you receive isn't what you ordered please contact us to give us a chance to correct it. You being happy with us is of great importance and we will try to fix any issues that may arise.
